Flair Silk Company Australia is run by a small team with one habit: telling you which fabric you are actually buying. We answer our own email, we point people at the cheaper satin when the silk is not worth it for them, and we would rather lose an order than sell something that will disappoint.
When you email us, a real person reads it and replies, usually within one working day. No scripts, just a straight answer about which rack suits your wall and how many bikes it will hold.
